BlackRock® Announces December Distributions on Big Bank Big Oil Split Corp.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 17, 2012) -(TSX:BBO)(TSX:BBO.PR.A)

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the final December distribution for Big Bank Big Oil Split Corp. Unitholders of record on December 31, 2012 will receive cash distributions payable on January 15, 2013. Details of the "per share" distribution amounts are as follows:
