(OTCBB: [ ABHI ]), a leading designer and developer of wireless products for the medical industry, today announced that it has secured distribution of the Soladey Solar Toothbrushes in the 20-million circulation Sky Mall catalogues. The toothbrushes are expected to be featured in the catalogues beginning later this summer. AmbiCom has the exclusive distribution rights for the Soladey toothbrushes and refills in North America.

In March of this year, AmbiCom announced the distribution agreement for E-Care USA with Soladey International Ltd. for US distribution of the solar ionic toothbrushes. Soladey Solar Toothbrushes look just like ordinary toothbrushes, but contain titanium (metal) ionic conducting rods, which run through replaceable bristle heads and into the handles. This rod is the key secret to Soladey, being made of patented solar conducting material that allows light, by photoelectric activity, to be converted into a natural energy source that kills the harmful bacteria in the mouth and without use of batteries -- or even toothpaste. The process can work with an individual's own saliva to breakdown the plaque and bacteria found in the mouth.

The Soladey J3X is new toothbrush that uses the same revolutionary semiconductor technology and principles as the original Soladey eco, but with the added efficiency of an integrated solar panel. Developed in Japan by Dr. Yoshinori Nakagawa, the name Soladey originates from the words "solar" and "dental."
