New Jersey Community Bank Announces 5% Stock Dividend

FREEHOLD, NJ--(Marketwire - Apr 26, 2012) - At its annual shareholders' meeting held today, Robert D. O'Donnell, Chairman and CEO, announced that the Board of Directors of New Jersey Community Bank (OTCBB: [ NJCB ]) (the "Bank") at its regular meeting held on April 26, 2012, approved and declared a 5% stock dividend on the Bank's common stock. The stock dividend is payable on May 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on May 18, 2012. Currently, the Bank has 1,731,204 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
