Crown Equity Holdings Inc. Announces Dividend

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Jan 12, 2012) - Crown Equity Holdings Inc.(www.crownequityholdings.com) (OTCBB: [ CRWE ]) announced today that its Board of Directors has adopted a resolution to a dividend consisting of one common share of Crown Tele Services Inc. ([ www.crownteleservices.com ]) for every 100 shares of Crown Equity Holdings Inc. common shares. Fractional shares will be rounded up to the next whole share.

The dividend will be provided to all shareholders of record on January 15, 2012.
