InterRent Announces January 2012 Distributions

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 22, 2011) -

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:IIP.UN)(TSX:IIP.DB) ("InterRent") announced today that its distribution declared for the month of December 2012 is $0.01 per Trust unit, equal to $0.12 per Trust unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about January 15, 2012 to unitholders of record on December 31, 2011.
