JACKSON, Mich., Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Energy announced today that its president and chief executive officer, John Russell, will provide a business and financial outlook at the Edison Electric Institute Financial Conference on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
