GreenWorld Takes Interest in German Green Technology Company

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Florida based GreenWorld Development Inc., (OTCBB:FRXP) the American-Irish aGreen and Health Technologiesa conglomerate, holds an interest in the German green technology incubator Intellectual Property Ltd. (IP).

Greenworld International Resources Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GreenWorld Development Inc, has acquired an initial 10% share in IP, an incubator of green technologies based in Germany. IP is in negotiations with various emerging markets and GreenWorld will provide unique East African contacts for the introduction and roll out, initially in Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan.

aIP is a consortium of technologies which, amongst others, offers new patented know-how for the production of absorption refrigerating machinery for water-ammonia based air conditioning, and residue-free processing and conversion of municipal and commercial solid waste and energy efficient indoor cooling and dehumification. Although currently only a minority shareholding, this acquisition not only strengthens our R&D involvement but also allows GreenWorld an early-stage access to potentially revolutionary new green technologies,a GreenWorld CEO Leo J. Heinl says.
