INDIANAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) announced today that the Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.06 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 to shareholders of record as of January 7, 2010. This distribution will be paid on or about January 18, 2010.
